Make A Difference 2: The

Make A Difference 2: The Space Shuttle Children's Trust Fund was founded on the day after the Space Shuttle Challenger tragedy in 1986, with the full support of NASA. The fund is a non-profit, tax exempt foundation to provide for the health, education, and support of the children of the astronauts who perished in the Challenger tragedy, and it has since completely funded the educations of 11 of Challenger's 13 children.

The Fund is now open to receive donations from anyone who wishes to contribute to the assistance of the children of the astronauts lost on Columbia. One hundred percent of all donations received, without any administrative costs or fees, will be used directly for the benefit of the children. Those who wish to contribute to the Fund should send their donations to:

Space Shuttle Columbia Children's Trust Fund c/o The Private Bank at Bank of America P.O. Box 34600 Washington, D.C. 20043-4600

More: The sad thing is that the Attorney General for Texas has issues a statement warning that con artists may attempt to scam citizens under the guise of Columbia-related fund-raising. What sick waste of organic matter would do such a thing, I can't imagine.
